i have figured out my running plan for the half marathon this weekend. it is not exactly how i pictured it going, but i think i will be happy with the results.
i am going to walk the first 5 minutes of each mile on miles 1-4 and run the rest,
i am going to completely walk mile 5,
i am going to run 2 minutes/walk 1 minute on miles 6-13.
a friend turned me on to these pace calculators. based on my slowest training run, my time will be between 2:40 and 3:10. i'm hoping to be close to the 2:40. :)
